Ladybird

Nothing better than a beautiful sunshine day your bestie, and the beltline!

My friend and I have been dying to check out this cute spot for lunch settled perfectly right off the Atlanta Beltline. Ladybird Grove + Mess Hall has been all the rave and is slammed on the weekends so we opted for a weekday brunch. Its the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor seating with cute decor and plenty of space. After ordering (priorities) their DELICIOUS Bloody Marys we kept up our girl gab over delicious burgers too juicy to resist and the farrow+watercress salad loaded with fresh green and lemon champagne vinaigrette. It was gorgeous weather for back porch sitting and sipping and watching people stroll by on the beltline.

Deciding to continue on the fun we grabbed the nearest scooters ( yes scooters) and fly our way down the beltline to adore all the fun eclectic artwork. Lots of giggles and thankfully no crashes later we popped into Ponce City market to check out their cute shops and buzzing food hall. This vibrant hub contains tasteful intricacies to fancy anyone's taste buds. Fortunately, we found the Tap on Ponce! We grabbed our bubbles and cruised through all the artsy shops taking our time and finding our pursuit is happiness.

These moments remind me of why I wanted to move back to the city, to begin with. Life can be stressful and settling in a new place is never easy, but I found the more I get outdoors and just spend the day with friends life seems to happen and it is good. These are the best times where you never know where the day will take you and it ends up being the best day ever. So I encourage others to explore what your city has to offer, bring a friend along and just let life happen.

Cheers to good times and even better friends in this big new city I call home!
